Shimmer creates intense color, shimmer and glow. Can also be used as a subtle color wash or highlight. Suitable for skin complexions who wear foundation shades 9-13. This shimmer is versatile and can also be used as an eye shimmer. Although slightly darker than the other two shimmers, if you are foundation 8 go for Honeymoon.
